You can't afford not to use direct mail.
Sure, I have umpteen ways for my Members to get tons of subprime refi leads chasing them down, but direct mail is a major pillar in my system.
It's not all you should do, but you shouldn't not do it because you "can't afford it" either.
My direct mail sales letters, copyrighted and licensed to my Members, reliably produce numbers as good as 40 times their cost. That includes list, printing, postage, everything.
So my question to you is, if the bank is giving $40.00 for every dollar bill you bring them, how many would you bring?
You'd go ba!!$ out!
So if you'd go for that, why wouldn't you use a reliable lead generation method like direct mail?
All you need now is the right list and the right sales letter to mail. Fortunately, I can help you with both. :0P

Very well put, if you really want something you can find a way to get it.
Direct marketing is just the best way to go. Can't have it any other way.
If you're getting hungry for some income, find a way... beg, borrow, or pawn something!

How I generate tons of subprime refi leads exclusively for my Members in each Area is Members Only info. You'd have to join my Program to find out.

I saw your ad in Scottsman Guide and am awaiting info to be sent to me. I am an appraiser and one of my clients does subprime like you and is making tons of money. In fact it frankly makes me want to switch over to being a loan officer. I am not a sales type personality (more analytical as youy can imagine) nor do I have any experience as a loan officer. I see a lot of shady things that go on in the mortgage business and don't want any part of that either. Any suggestions as to what I should do to make this transition, although I will still do appraisals but not on my own loans (violation of USPAP). Would your systems work for someone like me. Thanks

We are no longer sending out the free reports. At least not for a couple more months.

The subprime refi business doesn't have to be "shady." Especially with good marketing. Cuz this gives you the ability to turn away deals you don't want. Cuz you'll have "too many" leads. No pressure to fraud a file when you have enough leads!
My stuff works for you if you will allow it to work for you. Some people put imaginary barriers in their way. This is more your problem than one I can fix for you.

Do you have to be approved to do FHA loans in order for your program to work and make all that money?

No, in fact I've never, ever done an FHA loan!
And I've only ever done 1 purchase.
My System is based upon subprime refi's, which require very little underwriting and documentation.
You don't even need your own broker license.
