The submission of information to Tucker Marketing Systems, Inc. (“TMS”) represents your permission to be contacted by an officer of TMS by phone, facsimile or e-mail. The services of TMS are geared to licensed mortgage professionals in good standing and with good reputations in the states and/or market areas in which they originate mortgage loans. TMS reserves the right to refuse TMS Membership to persons who do not meet such standard.
